April 2006
THE BABIES ARE HERE!
April was a very busy month at Whispering Pines Stable. All four babies
arrived safe and sound.
Rockette ("Meg") foaled a large handsome
bay/black colt named Riverdance ("River")
by Prinz Habicht with three socks, a star,
and a snip. He is already a real gentleman to handle.
Centre Fold ("Cayla") foaled a beautiful
filly named "Cielo" by Tricolore.
She is a chestnut with a white blaze on a very adorable dished face. Like
her father, Cielo is already showing an aptitude for jumping. She loves to
jump in and out of the barn, over the hay pile, buckets...whatever is in front
of her!
Queen Anne's Lace ("Lacey") gave birth
to the very first foal by Patras Vom Rappenhof. Quintessential
("Quincy") is an adorable black/bay colt with one little sock
and a star. He is irresistably cute with his beautiful eyes, dishy face, and
delicate little ears. He definetly looks like his daddy!
Til Tomorrow ("Tilly") foaled out a very
large, bay filly by Pacific Star. Tea
For Two ("Tetley") is a very tall, powerful filly with two hind
socks, a connected star, stripe, and snip. She is the youngest of all of the
babies - but at a week old, she is already the tallest! She should definitely
excel in the Dressage or Jumper ring.
Pictures are posted!
August 2006:
